And tomorrow we’ve got interviews by some of the leading m/m historical romance authors, to see what they have to say about the issue. First off: I do not want perfect historical accuracy in my historical romances. I care very little about the historical provenance of champagne flutes and while the wrong underwear might make me roll my eyes, it won't stop me from reading unless it's a symptom of a much larger problem with historical inaccuracies The Queen's Lady: 1584 - Surrey England (The Other Countess). Dave Duncan, The Alchemist's Code (2008), alternative history/fantasy/mystery about an apprentice to the prophet Nostradamus in sixteenth century Venice and their quest to crack a code and find an enemy agent; #2 in the Alchemist series Love Disguised. She adores contemporary romance of all kinds, and is looking for more romantic suspense and multi-cultural romance. When she’s not curled up with her nose in a book (or e-reader), she can be found enjoying all the food NYC has to offer, out for a run on a beautiful day, visiting her large and lovable family, and traveling to new places with her husband The Unresolved.

I love this story and hope someone could help me find the author/title! Hoping someone can help me out with this. I read a book as a teenager (it might have been either a young adult or a general romance book) about a girl who goes out west dressed as a boy. Unfortunately, I don't remember many details from it -- I think it had a mostly white cover with drawn characters in brown tones. It was probably from the early 1990s, although it could have been the late 1980s as well My Knightly Dreams. With an audiobook, the characters are less fluid because you’ve got the narrator’s interpretation layered on the words (so, Pugh’s Vic isn’t quite my reader-Vic) Catherine of Lyonesse. I believe they are either Harlequin or Mills & Boon... I have googled for answers and cone up short in my search for this book. Contemporary romance novel takes place in Texas (?) A very compelling scene of a young boy fleeing from a band of armed men on horseback. He was beaten, crying, and running for his life. It was so vivid, so emotional, I just knew I had to write it. The only problem was, the scene was, without question, medieval. The Internet had not really taken shape yet then, so I started my search for information at my local library Charles Bewitched (Leland Sisters Book 4).
